Ordering

How do I place an order with Spiffy Store?

Browse our products and place items into your basket. You can then proceed to checkout where you can either check out as a guest or create an account for future orders.

What happens once I have placed my order?

Once your order is completed and your payment has been received by us, we will send a confirmation email to you, advising that your order is being processed. Goods will usually be shipped within 2 working days of confirmation of your order.

I’m having problems placing my order – can you help?

Sizing

Can you help me find the right size?

Most products will have a size guide link within the product page. The size guides will contain measurements for various parts of the item. From this, you can measure against another of your currently owned items and compare for best fit.

Shipping & Return

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All standard orders will deliver within 3 to 4 working days after the  confirmation from our team that they have received your order. If your order includes an item that we indicated will be shipped at a later date, we will only ship the entire order out together once the item arrives.

Can I track my order online?

Once your order is dispatched, you should receive an email with your tacking reference number and a link to the delivery company’s parcel tracking website. 

Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Community Clothing’s UK warehouse. 

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase and get a full refund when the item delivered to our warehouse. For more detail visit our refund and return policy page

What if I receive my order but the product is damaged?

We strive to ensure goods leave us in the best condition however if your item is damaged in transit, please contact cs@spiffystore.co.uk imediately.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Although unlikely, if you do receive an incorrect item, please contact cs@spiffystore.co.uk and include your order number and email address.
